Hilary oversees policy development on technology and future mobility issues, including regulation of connected and automated vehicles, data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Auto Innovators, Hilary spent nearly 8 years as Director of Technology and Innovation Policy at Toyota and almost a decade working in the U.S. House of Representatives. She holds a J.D. and a M.A. in Public Affairs from the University of Texas and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington. In June of 2020, Hilary was recognized as a Rising Star in the automotive industry by Automotive News for her work at the forefront of emerging technology policy.
