Pace Bradshaw is Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Government Engagement for Visa. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s government relations efforts in Washington, D.C. and across the U.S. He has previously serviced as VP, Head of Federal Government Engagement, and joined Visa in November 2013 as Deputy Head of U.S. Government Relations
Prior to joining Visa, Pace was a member of the Consumer Bankers Association’s senior management team as Vice President of Congressional Affairs. He developed, executed and managed strategic issue campaigns on behalf of CBA’s membership; including congressional and regulatory outreach. In addition, Pace worked closely with CBA’s communications team and external stakeholders to coordinate on issues of importance to the banking industry to ensure positive outcomes.
Prior to CBA, Pace was a member of the Government Affairs department at the Mortgage Bankers Association where his most recent position was Director of Legislative Affairs. Hired in 2006, he led their advocacy efforts on a number of real estate finance issues including financial regulatory reform.
